X campaign export
Export the campaign's leads as CSV from X Ads, then choose the file. Any CSV with an email column works too. The file is read in this browser; only the mapped rows are sent. Importing the same file twice adds nothing.

Website forms
The waitlist, trial request and contact forms on ambitioninnovationcreativity.com post to AIC's forms service, which adds or updates the person here as they're sent, with the whole submission on their timeline. Nothing to sync.
Each submission also emails a notice to contact@ambitioninnovationcreativity.com and a thank-you to the person.

Sending
Gmail opens the email in this account when you're signed in to it. Leave it empty to use Gmail's default account.
